Love of the Land Looking for Volunteers

Sonoma County Farm Bureau invites you to be a “Special Volunteer” for one of the major agricultural events of the year, the “Love of the Land” Dinner and Awards Program. The event will bring together top local and state ag industry leaders and farmers to celebrate agriculture and honor the accomplishments of leading agriculturalists and their families.  The event will be held on

Thursday, July 17, at Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens, 5007 Fulton Road in Fulton.

2013 Love of the Land
We would appreciate having both student and adult volunteers at this event.  There are many responsibilities throughout the afternoon and evening.  Your participation would be greatly appreciated.  Plan for a fun filled day, including dinner, plus meet special guests and farm leaders.

Volunteers are needed on Thursday, July 17, early in the afternoon until post clean-up activities, around 9:30 p.m.  We will be in touch with you regarding specific arrival time and directions for parking.

If you are also available for setup activities mid-day on Wednesday, July 16, please let us know and we will contact you regarding details. Thank you for your consideration.
