State Fair Quality Assurance & Ethics Awareness Training

LAST CHANCE!!!  As a requirement for entry, all Market Steer, Market Lamb, Market Hog, Broiler Chicken Pens, Meat Turkey, Market Goat, Market Eggs, Market Rabbit, Dairy Cattle, Dairy Goat and Pygmy Goat exhibitors are required to participate in a California State Fair certified Quality Assurance and Ethics Awareness Training.

Sonoma County 4-H will be hosting the training on June 24th, 2014, 5pm at the Sonoma County 4-H Office, 133 Aviation Blvd. Suite 109, Santa Rosa, CA. Your instructor for the training will be Casey Cole.

4-H National Youth Summit Series

The National Youth Summit Series brings together some of the best and brightest students to focus on aerospace, robotics, maker, healthy living, and agri-science. Designed for high school students (grades 9 - 12), the Summits provide opportunities to learn technical skills, participate in hands-on activities and workshops, learn from leaders in the field, and visit professional and academic sites. 


Primrose's Annual 'County Fair' Day - Looking for Animals

PLEASE DO CONSIDER THIS.  THEY CALLED AGAIN AND WOULD REALLY LOVE TO HAVE SOME ANIMALS FOR THEIR SENIORS. Primrose would love to have 4-Hers bring their animals to their annual "County Fair" for Alzheimer's/Dementia residents and day-club attendees.  It will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 10 am - 1 pm at Primrose - address below.
