2011 EBIPM Field School - Park Valley, Utah

The Ecologically-based Invasive Plant Management Field School provides a unique, hands-on and in-the-field educational opportunity for land and resource managers facing infestations of invasive plants.

Field School Dates: September 13-15, 2011 (Tuesday-Thursday)

Location: In the field at Park Valley, Utah:

One of five demonstration areas of the Area-wide Project, ongoing field work and research is focused on establishing a weed prevention area, characterizing historical ecology, reducing cheatgrass and other invasive species and re-establishing a native plant community through implementation of EBIPM

Registration fee: $275.00 per person; due by Friday, August 19th, 2011.

Fee covers registration, a course materials handbook, additional publications CD, transportation and meals during the 3-day course.
