 Hello all,

The Make it Safe, Keep it Safe (MISKIS) training has been designed to provide UC ANR staff and volunteers with food safety information to minimize the risk of foodborne illness. The online training can be taken at: http://ucanr.edu/sites/MISKIS/. A quarterly report of those that have taken the Make it Safe, Keep it Safe (MISKIS) training is now available on the 4-H Staff Resources page. Please go to: http://4h.ucanr.edu/Resources/StaffResources/Program_Guide/ for the current list of staff and volunteers that have completed the MISKIS training as of August 14, 2015.

Please contact Anne Iaccopucci at amiaccopucci@ucanr.edu for questions regarding the food safety training.
