Open House Community Booth
Event date: May 7, 2017
Applications due in County Office April 14th by 4PM
This is a great opportunity to showcase your organization to our community!
We serve over 4000 meals to families from all over Sonoma County and beyond.
Booths must be set up by 10:30AM
Each booth will need to be staffed from 10:30AM to 4:30PM.
Clean up begins no earlier than 4:30PM
Removal by 5:00PM
The most popular booths have been ones that involve participation by the public.
Each booth will be supplied with tables and chairs.
1. NO SALES OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED
2. NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE BARN
3. BOOTH SHOULD BE NEAT AND ORGANIZED. NO FOOD OR TRASH.
4. PLEASE FOLD UP TABLES AND CHAIRS AT THE END OF THE DAY.
Tables will be set up outside the barn for you to eat your lunch.
Only drinks are allowed in the barn.
This is a California Safety Code that we all must follow.
